Bio

Meet Maggi

Maggi Gilmartin

Maggi is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Social Worker who has worked in the mental health field since 2017. Her passion for supporting others began long before her professional career and has continued to grow through years of experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

Since becoming a counselor in 2021, Maggi has had the privilege of working with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, abuse, ADHD, OCD, grief, LGBTQIA+ concerns, life transitions, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. She works with adolescents and adults, meeting each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect for their unique experiences.

Maggi believes that therapy is not about “fixing” people, but about creating a space where individuals can better understand themselves, heal from difficult experiences, and build the life they want to live. Her approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in the belief that meaningful growth can occur even during life’s most challenging seasons.

Through Wildflower Grove Counseling, Maggi strives to provide a supportive and welcoming environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they discover their strengths, develop new skills, and move toward lasting healing and personal growth.
